Darby McShane is the K-2 Academic and Behavior Interventionist at Hirsch Academy. As the K-2 Interventionist, Darby will provide skills and intentional support to students who demonstrate behavioral, social, and educational challenges.
Previously, Darby worked in the Mesa Unified School District for the last 6 years as a First Grade teacher. As well as, being the ELL teacher for 4 of those years.
In Darby’s spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and dog going camping, hiking, and playing board games.
BA in Elementary and Special Education from Arizona State University
