Nadeen Boykin- Board President
Nadeen has been involved in the education field for over twenty years. She currently
serves a dual role at a local high school as both the AP English Literature and
Composition teacher and as the Instructional Coach of over seventy
teachers. She holds a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education.
Matt Sandoval- TeamCFA Representative
Matt brings Hirsch Academy over fifteen years of executive level experience in nonprofit operations and finance to the Hirsch Academy Governing Board. He is strategic, passionate, and highly successful. He is accomplished in nonprofit and education fund development and program implementation in addition to human resources, board development, budgeting, and legal/fiscal compliance.
Keyvn Griffin – Board Member
With a specialty in risk & compliance, management, strategy and business
development, Keyvn works for Fiserv, Inc. a leading global technology provider.
He’s passionate about providing every child access to a high-quality education
regardless of their zip code.
Ashley Spear – Board Member
charter schools nationwide with respect to school law, state and federal education policy issues, and both corporate and compliance matters. Ashley loves helping others do good in the world by representing charter schools and other nonprofits that strive to impact and improve their community. When not helping clients, Ashley can be found hitting the links. Ms. Spear has received her J.D., from Rutgers University School of Law and her B.A. from Loyola University, Chicago.
Luann Kolstad – Board Member
Business Official over finance and operations for a school district of 4700 students.
Luanne brings her experience in school finance, Title 1 School Grant Administration,
and Human Resources to the Hirsch Academy School Board. Mrs. Kolstad has a
Masters in Education with a certification in school business management.
John Pirrone – Retired Member
John Pirrone has over forty years of management experience in the manufacturing sector with Karcher Chemical and Revlon. His business experience is utilized at Hirsch for matters related to finance, accounting, business contracts, and management.

Board of Directors Meetings
Notices for the meetings are posted in the front office of the school at least 24 hours prior to each meeting. All regular Governing Board Meetings are held one a month at 4:30pm at the Hirsch academy campus unless otherwise indicated.
