Shanice is the Physical Education Teacher at Hirsch Academy. As the PE teacher, her responsibilities to the students are: to enrich students in Gross Motor Skills, Sports Specific skills, Healthy lifestyle choices in school and outside of school, respecting others and self, and the list goes on. Shanice came to us from the island of Jamaica. She came to the United States on a Track and Field scholarship and in the process has received her Bachelors of Arts education from New Mexico Highlands University and Master’s from Northern Arizona University. When she is not at work, you can find her spending time and exploring Arizona with her family which includes her husband, and son (who is 1 year old).
